We are proud to report that Advanced Preservations were honoured by the Property Care Association (PCA) at its annual industry best practice awards ceremony, held in Cambridge, UK.
The company secured the prestigious ‘Contractor of the Year’ title in the Structural waterproofing category presented by Warren Muschialli of
award sponsors Newton Waterproofing Systems.
Managing Director Peter Reay said:
“We are absolutely delighted to achieve this award. It’s an honour for all the team and a testimony to their commitment, hard-work and diligence. We all feel very proud.”
The PCA awards took place at Rectory Farm and marked the end of the association’s annual educational conference about moisture in buildings, held at the nearby Møller Centre at the University of Cambridge.

Advanced Preservations operate across a substantial area of the South East, including much of London, Sussex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, as well as Surrey and Hampshire.
The PCA added:
“Advanced Presevations was established more than 30 years ago and has built a growing reputation in the industry for its focus in continual improvement, honest and accurate advice and personal service.
It has also carved out a niche as experts in basement conversions in central London. As well as basement projects, Advanced Preservations also carries out damp proofing and treatments for timber, rot and woodworm.”
