PCA AWARDS: 2022 – Proud Winners of 2 Awards

We are extremely proud to have been awarded the Property Care Association Contractor of the year in the Structural Waterproofing category for the 3rd time in 6 years.

This is testament to the hard work of our entire team, who have helped us stay on course, keep standards to the highest level and maintain excellence – particularly impressively throughout the pandemic and more recent challenging times.   To have earned these awards, based on our PCA inspection scores which rate companies across the entire UK, makes us incredibly proud.

Along with with this prestigious company accolade, we are overjoyed that Ronnie Yates, was recognised and commended by the PCA for excellence shown during his PCA training programme.  Ronnie is a key member of our installation team and this individual award highlights his reliability, commitment, skill and hard work.  Go Ronnie!


PCA 2020 / 21: Waterproofing Contractor of the year

Advanced Preservations are very excited to announce that we are once again the proud winners of the independently vetted Property Care Association [PCA] Contractor of the Year Award for Structural Waterproofing.

Every autumn the PCA presents ‘Contractor of the Year’ awards to members based on their annual audit scores across the country.

Steve Hodgson, Chief Executive of the PCA, said: “It is important that we recognise the talent and skills within our industry.  I’d like to personally congratulate the team at Advanced Preservations for the professionalism and quality service that is recognised with this award.”

This Award reflects the hard work put in by all of the team here at Advanced Preservations to continue to provide a varied range of solutions and exceptionally high quality of design and installation of bespoke structural waterproofing projects.

We are all very pleased to have been recognised for our achievements during 2020, which has been an exceptionally challenging year for everyone, regardless of industry.

We are very proud of all of our team, who have once again proved exceptional with their ability to adapt to the challenges to allow Advanced Preservations to continue to do what we do best, whilst maintaining the very highest level of customer service that we are known for.

We are proud to report that Advanced Preservations were honoured by the Property Care Association (PCA) at its annual industry best practice awards ceremony, held in Cambridge, UK.

The company secured the prestigious ‘Contractor of the Year’ title in the Structural waterproofing category presented by Warren Muschialli of
award sponsors Newton Waterproofing Systems.

May 12th 2016: PCA Conference & Gala DinnerThe PCA awards took place at Rectory Farm and marked the end of the association’s annual educational conference about moisture in buildings, held at the nearby Møller Centre at the University of Cambridge.
